Registration
When you first visit our site,
please register as a new
account and choose the "Designer" account type.
Thus, we will set your account with special pricing and
sales tax free (see info below). You will be notified as the
status of your account. Once registered, you always can
check your online purchase history with us, as well as
change your information, shipping and billing info, etc..
Sales Tax
As a qualified designer, you are exempt from paying Sales Tax
as long as you provide us a copy of your Sales Tax Certificate (see
example) prior to ordering.
Trade Discounts
We understand the business you are in and provide you
with special pricing when you buy from us. Discounts of up
to 25% are
offered to our designer level customers.
To access your special prices, make sure you register and
login into your account before you checkout.
Samples
We can provide samples against a small fee. You may also
keep the sample for up to a week, after which you can return
the sample and receive a full refund.
Per your request, we can provide you with your personal
swatch books against a discounted price. When your
accumulated purchases from us rises above $400.00, you will
receive a full refund on the swatch books price. For more information or to
choose a specific swatch book, please stop by our office.
