Checks / Money Orders:
You can
choose to pay by check or money order. At the
time of checkout, choose Check/Money Order from the
drop-down menu. After you complete the
order on our site, we will wait for your check or money
order. When received, we process your check via online
services and funds are withdrawn from your account
automatically.
PayPal: We also offer PayPal processing, which
means that your transaction is transferred to the PayPal's
secure site. All cards are accepted and you don't have to
have a PayPal account. However, if you do, then completing
your transaction is much faster.
Bank
Transfer:
To pay
for your order using direct bank transfer, please request to
be contacted for further instructions. Bank transfers are
useful if you are a wholesaler or trader and you order large
quantities.
Shipping Information
In-Stock Items: We keep most items in stock. In-stock items are shipped
within 24 hours for orders placed during normal business
hours.
Backorder Items: In addition to over 100 items we
keep in stock, we have many hundreds of other designs you
can choose from. You can browse through our swatch books,
place an order with us, and receive your order within 60-90 days. If you need your
items sooner, we can make arrangements for faster delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are obtained "live" from the carriers
like UPS or FedEx. While we do not have
control over the shipping costs, you may compare the rates
before you decide what method to use.
Will Call:
This option is included for those who live in our warehouse
proximity and want to pick up their order at the customer's
desk.
UPS: Tracking is
available and you can check the shipping status online. UPS
offers a variety of shipping methods, from Ground to 2nd Day
Air to Next Day Air and others. At checkout, please select
your choice.
FedEx: Tracking is available and you can check the
shipping status online. FedEx offers a variety of shipping
methods, from Ground to 2nd Day Air to Next Day Air and
others. At checkout, please select your choice.
Return Policy
We hope that you will be
completely satisfied with our products and always come back
to order more. However, if you wish to return a package,
please make sure the package is in "like new" condition,
possibly using the original packaging. Shipping charges will
not be refunded and a restocking fee may be imposed.
Returning is also allowed if
damage has occurred while in transit. Please, check the
integrity of the package at the time of delivery. If damage
is noted, reject the package, return it to the carrier, and
notify us by email. We will re-send a new package in the
shortest time possible.
